Ornella Ragazzo began her career in Padua in the Administration and Control areas of an Italian medium-sized company operating in the telecommunications sector, moving quickly in the multinational environment of the food industry and in the international consulting arena.
Graduated in Economics and Business Management at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and Master in Corporate Finance.
In the total 30 years of corporate career in Kellogg’s, The Boston Consulting Group, Necsy and in Commercial Consulting Studies, she is enriched with a transversal disciplinary experience through the assumption of different responsibilities: Finance operations, Performance Management, Budget, Planning and control, Organization, Risk management, Process Reengineering, Project Management, People Management and Coaching.
Ornella Ragazzo has been appointed CFO and Office Administrator of the Italian subsidiaries and Business Process Reengineering Director for the global administrative processes.
He gained experience in international life and work in the UK, the United States, Russia and India, and managed global and multicultural teams.
She is a consultant and Temporary Manager in the Administration, Finance and Control areas and in the re-engineering of company processes, in the management of internal projects and general management in Italian and multinational companies in various sectors, from services to industry.
He also carries out the activity of Executive Coach at companies and as a Tutor at the National Federation of Industry Managers (ALDAI – Federmanager Lombardia).
